Bankside Open Spaces Festival: 10 June, 12-9pm

At: Flat Iron Square, Union Street, Redcross Way, Red Cross Garden, Marlborough Sports Garden and Crossbones Graveyard.

Main Stage - Flat Iron Square

Our Main Stage opens with a Latina Fiesta and then takes you on a musical journey of rock and roll, funk, roots, rhythm ‘n’ blues, ska and rocksteady. More details here.

12.45pm - Festival is officially opened by the Mexican Ambassador to Great Britain, Ambassador Josefa González-Blanco

Bankside Open Spaces Festival receives The Fiesta Latina Procession. The Procession will walk form Castle Square, Elephant and Castle, in celebration of the diversity and creativity of the Elephant and Castle community, which has a rich Latin American culture, and provides an opportunity for residents and visitors to come together to enjoy the heritage of the area.

A singing group that sings for fun - the choir is part of Blackfriars Settlement’s Positive Ageing project and an essential part of our BOSFest!

London Soul Choir is a professionally run inclusive community choir performing for the first time at BOSFest!

2.15-2.30pm - Dragon Cafe Singers

This wonderful singing group is for anyone who wants to come along, it is a meeting of raised voices and open hearts, a place to recharge and connect with others. Part of The Dragon Cafe - a thriving arts and health space with events open to all.
