Our latest venture - Marlborough Sports Garden provides sports facilities - and qualified inspirational sports coaches - for a number of Southwark Primary schools that do not have sports facilities of their own.

We are delighted to have Olympian Tom Daley join us to open this revolutionary space for Southwark's Children.

Bankside Open Spaces Trust invites you to a fun-filled event to showcase our new fantastic sports facility on Union St, SE1 which aims to get local schoolchildren more involved in sport and offers after - work facilities for those who work and live in the area.

Football, netball, tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, plus Wacky Races, giant Jenga and other pursuits for the less vigorous!

3:30pm: Games for local primary school children.
4:45pm: Procession led by Pandemonium Drummers, of winners and presentations.
5pm: Official Opening led by local Olympian, Tom Daley.
5:15pm: Wacky Races - Sign up (below) with a team of four and bring friends or colleagues.
