Launching our Green Hub!

Bankside Open Spaces Trust launches our Green Hub!

The Hub is a network for groups or individuals with a determination to improve their local area through gardening. Focusing on communities in north Lambeth and Southwark, Green Hub offers personal support alongside a programme of training and workshops to help people learn new horticultural skills and meet other gardeners in their area.

The Green Hub is the evolution of our Green Champions Programme and was made possible through funding from The Mayor of London’s Greener City Fund, which has awarded £1.12 million to 54 community projects to help them improve and create green spaces across the capital.

The aim of our Green Hub is to empower people to improve their local spaces while boosting the health and wellbeing of local communities.
