FREE afterschool sports at Marlborough Sports Garden 2026
FREE, fun and active afterschool sports sessions for children and young people run from Tuesday to Thursday at Marlborough Sports Garden all through the school term. There’s something for everyone throughout the week!
All levels are welcome at our free sessions – they are a great way of trying out a sport, honing skills, and staying active and sociable with friends after school!
Booking afterschool sports sessions

What’s on offer – Marlborough Sports Garden’s afterschool sports sessions
Tuesdays:
Futsal, 3:45-5:15pm for ages 8-11, delivered by Ballers Academy
Girls’ Football, 3:45-5:15pm for ages 6-11 (girls only), delivered by Girls United
Street Dance, 3.45-5.15pm for ages 6-11, delivered by Cruz Sports
Wednesdays:
Beach Tennis, 3:45-5:15pm for ages 5-11 at 3.45-4.30pm, delivered by Deuce Beach Tennis
Movement & Athleticism, 3.45-5.15pm for ages 6-11, delivered by Bogus Boxing
Football, 3.45-5.15pm for ages 5-11, delivered by Samba Soccer Schools
Thursdays:
Beach Volleyball, 3.45-5.15pm for ages 5-11, delivered by Sideout
Basketball, 3:45-5:15pm for ages 6-11, delivered by Rise3x3
Cricket, 3:45-5:15pm for ages 6-11, delivered by Surrey Cricket Foundation
FREE PLAY: Mondays and Fridays are kept clear for local school children to enjoy free play in our open spaces – go wild in Marlborough Sports Garden and let your imagination run!
Note: Marlborough Story House will be open Tuesdays and Thursdays where parents and children can access free books with advice and support from HarperCollins volunteers who will be on site between 3:15-4:15pm.
